Shipping Policy

We'll ship your order for FREE within Canada. We want you to have an exceptional experience so enjoy our complimentary shipping service.

All orders are shipped to you from our distribution facility in British Columbia, Canada.

Shipping addresses must be valid addresses. PO boxes are not accepted.

In most cases, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from the day an order is placed, excluding holidays.

Most orders will be delievered in 2-4 business days.

Some orders can take between 4-7 business days depending on your location.

Remote locations can take longer.

When your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

As purchasing clothes online is not an exact science, you may find yourself with an item you wish to return. Below are the easy steps you must follow in order to exchange or return an item.

Returns are available worldwide for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

To request a return, please contact us.

For exchanges, you may place a new order for your desired item. You will be charged for this order when it ships and once we receive your return, your refund will be processed.

If you are shipping the item back, you must contact us with the below information to validate your return.

Return reason among the following: too small, too big, model/cut, wrong article or defect (with a description of the issue)

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the following 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that it can take between 3-5 business days to appear on your issuing bank statement.

If the product which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the original price paid.

Please note: Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Customer service is unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed.

Your order will be processed and subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email sent on shipping. On delivery if any items are unsuitable and meet the return conditions, please follow the instructions in returning your purchase.
