As purchasing clothes online is not an exact science, you may find yourself with an item you wish to return. Below are the easy steps you must follow in order to exchange or return an item.


Returns are available worldwide for all full price items within 30 days of shipping provided the return conditions specified below are met. Please note that sales items and E-Gift card(s) cannot be returned or exchanged. Instructions are provided below.


  1. Please Contact Us to schedule a collection for you with Return Form.
  2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
  3. Complete the Returns Form and place it in the box.
  4. Attach the Returns Label to the outside of the box.
  5. Remove all other labels from the outside of the box.
  6. Packages should be shipped through a traceable method such as Canada Post. Shipping insurance is recommended.
  7. Please note that the return label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept C.O.D.

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country with the original Returns Form.

Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all ZAREEN product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything ZAREEN reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.


Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.

Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account.

If the product which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the original price paid.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Currently orders cannot be exchanged. Please return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund ensuring the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed through at any time or if you Contact Us you can place an order via our Customer Service team.


Customer Service is unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed.

Your order will be processed and subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email sent on shipping. On delivery if any items are unsuitable and meet the return conditions, please follow the instructions in returning your purchase.
